There are many aspects that make you feel irritated post pregnancy. One of them is hair fall. This is the thing that everyone faces after delivery.

There are some tips what I followed.
1. Comb
Comb your hair with wide tooth brushes and less frequently. You can use moroccon argan oil to make your hair tangle free or you can use any serum instead of it but I like argan oil. Comb your hair only once or twice in a day and don’t stretch too much. Go easy guys with your hairs they too become delicate now.
2.Oiling
Oil your hairs at least twice a week. You can use coconut oil or castor oil or olive oil. What I did is I mixed them in a container as one teaspoon castor oil + two teaspoon olive and coconut oil. I used kama Ayurveda coconut oil and soul flower castor oil cold-pressed and soul flower olive oil cold-pressed. You can use of any brands but make sure you need organic and chemical free products. If you want economic products then use Patanjali products they can work for you.
3. Healthy eating
See friends you have to have only healthy options available near you post pregnancy. Use nuts, fruits, milk, spinach , oats, fenugreek, eggs, flax seeds ets. You should go for iron , calcium omega3 rich fruits and vegetables. Avoid oily, spicy junk foods etc for some duration and you will see the difference.
4. Supplements
You should take supplements or medication for calcium iron and multivitamins for sure if you want healthy hair.
I used mamaearth argan hair Mask and this also do miracle for some people. For me yes it reduces hair fall.

5. Hairstyles
You should go for a short haircut. So that there will be less stretching. You hairs need some rest of you stretch your hair and make some styles they will leave you. Try to be as simple as possible. Use less dryers colors and chemical. Use ayurvedic shampoo and conditioner if possible.
6. Stress
If u stress a lot that too make your hairs come out easily. Try to avoid stresses and make yourself calm. You can do yoga or meditation for 5-10 mins.
Ok friends these are the few tips. I hope you get my point and will be helpful for you all.
Thank you.
I had the opposite problem whenever I had my daughter! My hair got so thick it was almost unmanageable!
These are really great tips. I was very fortunate and didn't experience this after either of my pregnancies, but I know many people do.
I feel like everyone should be using hair oils! It's such an inexpensive way of taking care of your hair and makes it SO shiny :).
I didn't lose hair with my pregnancies thank goodness. But I still try to take care of it. I need to try the hair oils.
My hair sheds and I have no kids. Hair oils are the way to go! xo, Suzanne
dont have any kids and havent experienced this! i will be horrified though as i already have very short hair! if it sheds, ill be left with nothing! but good to know this!
I lose so much hair post baby! I will definitely try this if i have anothe Kid! Amazing and useful info for me as I’m a young mom!
Same with galatealily, I also have no kids and already experiencing hair fall. I hope I won't be experiencing it when I get kids. it's really stressful to see strands of hair falling out. Thanks for the tip.

I feel like avoiding stress sounds difficult after having a child! Since I haven't had a child, obviously I wouldn't know. But this is good to know when the time DOES come!!
This post actually came when I needed it most as am a first time Mum to be . Thank you for this .xoxo
I don't have children but can imagine what it must be like. Great tips.
i will share this with my patients who need help with hair loss after having a baby. your tips are so helpful thanks
After I had my second son, my hair fell out all over the place. Now, I am in my 40's and it's started doing it again. I thought it was stress, but it didn't occur to me that it could be estrogen as I get to "that age." I do use Argan oil, but I will try adding a coconut hair mask.
My hair has always been thin and fine. When I was pregnant and after while nursing, it was dreadful. I wish I had your list to turn that around. I'm going to send it to a friend who is pregnant to help her though.
I remember going through a bout of hair loss many years ago. These tips definitely helped me get out of it!
I don't have any children yet. I can imagine what this must be like because I already have had some hair loss. I do like using oils and hair masks.
OMG this post is for mee… My baby is 3 months old and I have severe hair fall.. I am glad these tips are gonna be very useful 🙂
You must be in my head right now lol. 13 years ago when I had my son, my hair was perfect and actually filled out a bit. Fast forward to two years ago when I had my daughter, it has been nothing short of a nightmare with my hair! It's gotten dry, brittle, and yes falling out. So irritating! I'm going to have to try your oiling and destressing ideas because all the others havent been enough yet lol. Thank you for these awesome tips!
Hair fall is sometimes annoying. So i take supplements good for my hair and nails, all organic. And also proper sleep.
These are all some good tips. I was lucky and didn't really have this problem after my kids.
My hair isn't as thick as it used to be after kids, but this sounds like great tips that I need to try out!
I lost some hair after my first two kids were born. This third time has been much better.
I didn't know this was something that women struggled with after pregnancy. It's good to know. I can totally see where a healthy diet would really be great.
I think healthy eating and proper combing solves the problem. I'll tell this to my mommy friends.
I am one that experienced a lot of hair loss following the birth of my daughter. I agree that castor oil really helps!!! It thickened my hair up nicely!
I've heard about post shedding and I guess I'm one of the lucky ones but I never got hair loss after my son, my hair actually stayed the same and thicker but you never know these are great tips to help anyone going through this.
